Parsnip and Parmesan Filo Cigars with a Red pepper, lime and ginger dipping sauce

Starter

Silken Tofu Sashimi and broccoli with soy, lime leaf and coriander spicy dressing and a Yuzu swish

Main

Thai Red coconut and peanut Curry with cauliflower, red pepper and Thai basil
and steamed Jasmine rice.

Dessert

Salted Caramel and dark decadent chocolate tart with strawberry crisp garnished with vegan Chantilly cream


Details of cooking 

The Vegan Kit will require a little cooking and plating up from yourself:


The appetiser will need cooking at 200 C on the parchment provided for 12-13 mins on a baking tray.


The Starter is cold and will just need carefully arranging on a plate and drizzling with two sauces.


The main course curry has been only just cooked al dente vegetables - allowing you to reheat in microwave or heat gently on a hob top.


Pudding: you will want to pipe the cream on to your tartlet using the prepared disposable piping bag and garnish with strawberries provided.
