Kentish Sirloin steak marinaded with soy and garlic and served with a bed of steamed jasmine rice and 'weeping tiger' sauce and Kale side
Green Matcha Tea tartlet with an orange blossom, pineapple and mango cream on a ginger conserve with Chantilly cream and fruit garnish.
Details of cooking
The Flexitarian Meal Kit will require a little cooking and plating up from yourself:
The Appetiser will need cooking at 200 C on the parchment provided for 12-13 mins on a baking tray.
The Starter is cold and will just need carefully arranging on a plate and drizzling with sauce/marinade and garnish.
The Main course steak has instructions for rare/medium rare or more cooked, with sauce to add and kale side to plate up. Rice instructions for cooking and steaming included also.
Pudding - The tartlet has piping bags labelled and is very easy to assemble at home but must be no more than three hours before serving.
